1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file stored by the browser. Local storage also holds information on a device, but is not a cookie. Measurement scripts, pixels and embedded content can connect to other providers and transmit technical information.
The website operator and data controller is Lenker Solutions Építőipari Kft. The Privacy Notice provides company details, processing purposes and information about your rights.
2. What is currently active?
- Consent choices: first-party local storage remembers your choice; see section 3.
- Google Analytics: prepared but inactive; no measurement identifier is configured.
- Google Ads: prepared but inactive; no advertising identifier is configured.
- Meta Pixel: prepared but inactive; no pixel identifier is configured.
- Google Maps: connects to Google without a separate click when the embedded footer map loads automatically; see section 6.
- Forms: quotations and career applications can be submitted without optional measurement or marketing consent.
The three prepared measurement and advertising services do not currently load, even if a visitor allows them. Future activation requires genuine service identifiers and configuration. This policy must then be updated with the technologies and storage periods actually used.
3. Storing your choice
Name: lenker_cookie_consent.
Type: browser local storage belonging to this website origin, rather than a cookie.
Contents: your choice for each service, its timestamp and technical configuration version information.
Purpose: remembering and respecting your choice.
Validity: 180 days. An expired choice is removed when you next use the website and a new choice is requested. You can remove it earlier through your browser.
This storage is not used to build an advertising profile. Browsers and different website addresses have separate local storage, so another browser or the Lenker Group website may request a separate choice. If local storage is blocked, your choice cannot reliably be remembered between visits.
4. Giving and changing consent
The consent manager lets you accept or reject optional services, or select Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel individually. Optional tracking is off by default. Access to the website and form submission do not depend on accepting these services.
“Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the selector at any time. You may change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal affects future operation and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent. The manager attempts to remove known cookies accessible on this website for a previously permitted service; cookies belonging to other domains can also be managed in browser settings.
5. Prepared measurement: purpose and limits
Google Analytics may be used to analyse website use, while Google Ads and Meta Pixel may measure advertising effectiveness. After activation, each service can run only with saved consent for that service and valid configuration.
A prepared quotation or career conversion event can occur only after the server confirms a successful submission. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages and attachments are excluded from measurement. A service may nevertheless process browser, device and event information that constitutes personal data. Technical preparation does not mean measurement is currently active.
6. Google Maps
The embedded Google map in the footer loads automatically when the page opens, without a separate click. When the map loads, the browser automatically connects to Google. Google may then receive your IP address and technical browser information, and may use its own cookies. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.
No separate map-loading choice is saved. The Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel switches in Cookie settings do not disable the map, and the map does not activate those measurement and advertising services. Google cookies can be managed through your browser's website data settings.
7. Necessary operation and infrastructure
Hosting and network providers may process technical information for secure delivery, diagnostics and misuse prevention. The Privacy Notice and the provider policies linked there explain this processing. This policy does not list analytics or advertising cookies as active when the website does not currently use them.
Consent is the legal basis for optional measurement and advertising technologies. Storage and technical processing necessary to provide a requested service are separate; where personal data is involved, the Privacy Notice explains the relevant legal basis.
8. Deletion, questions and rights
Cookies and local storage can be removed in your browser's website data settings. Removing the saved consent choice causes the website to ask again. The website's basic functions remain available if optional services are rejected.
Questions and data subject requests may be sent to info@lenkersolutions.hu. The Privacy Notice describes access, erasure, objection, complaints and other rights. We update this policy when processing or the services actually used change.
